Long-distance move from Austell, GA to Forest Hill, MD

The Worst Experience.

I have never written a review for any product or service before, but my experience with this company was SO BAD that I had to warn others. These people will start off extra nice and communicative, quote you a lower price than others, and then after they've gotten your stuff, they will lie to you, stop returning your phone calls, stop answering your questions, and try to extort more money from you in order to get your stuff back. And don't expect to get your belongings according to what they tell you. It took over a month for us to get ours and there was never any explanation given as to what took so long. If that wasn't bad enough, the crew that loaded and unloaded our things was completely incompetent and unprofessional. Some of our things were missing, and many were damaged, without even a simple apology. From what I have read online, there are MANY similar reviews of this company, and many other companies that will do the same, so when choosing a company, make sure you REALLY do your research so you don't get scammed like I did. https://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/protect-your-move

Long-distance move from Forsyth, GA to Biloxi, MS

Liars, thieves, & destructive.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY SOMEONE SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS TO RIP YOU OFF AND DESTROY YOUR PROPERTY!!
The price of the move changed three times from start to finish. It started at about $2800, then $3400, and became $4500 by the time they finally delivered. They wouldn't deliver unless I had cash or money order on hand at delivery. When they picked up my household goods, they couldn't fit several large items (including my fridge & patio furniture) onto the truck. Subsequently, I had to rent a small storage unit to store the remainder of my items until I can go back to move them myself. Upon delivery, The same exact size truck was only half full. Practically every single piece of furniture was damaged in some way, some of them were in pieces. All 4 of our flat screen TVs were stolen!! They never made it off the truck for delivery, as well as several other items like Christmas decorations (It's only 5 weeks till Christmas). Now we don't have any ornaments/decorations, and I am unable to afford replacing them after paying such a ridiculous price for a move that was only a 6 hour drive away. They act like unapologetic, heartless jerks when trying to resolve issues or ask question throughout the whole process. I did find out from one of the delivery drivers that the company hired known criminals who had warrants out for their arrest for theft. After having dealt with very difficult life altering events this year, my family and I were put into even more hardship because of this company, and it is right in the middle of the holidays. I plan to take every recourse possible against this company. They should be completely shut down! This is a completely unethical and irresponsible business.
